Intelligent Interdictionsm is the product of a practice group of former police officers and subject matter experts engaged in a variety of public safety and law enforcement projects. 

The principals are subject matter experts in the design, project management and implementation of Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) systems and the integration with intelligence management/analysis solutions. They are prepared to lead the effective deign and installation of fully integrated systems tailored to specific operational needs including a variety of forensic tools and covert surveillance solutions.

The Problem

Highway Interdiction - Moving vehicle crime is one of the most prolific crimes in the world.  The theft of vehicles and the use of vehicles to commit crime is a multi faceted problem that encompasses other serious criminal activities and is linked to organized crime and terrorist organizations. Vehicles are used for trafficking drugs, firearms, currency, illegal persons, illegal goods and substances and even explosive devices.

Motorcycle Gangs and Rallies  - It is estimated that there are over 500 biker rallies within the USA, which draw significant numbers of motorcyclists and all of these rallies are attended by the OMGs due to a passion for motorcycles and to exercise their criminality. These criminal activities include assault, kidnapping, money laundering, prostitution, distribution and transportation of drugs, weapons trafficking, theft of motorcycles and parts. It would be fair to say that in many instances the police can be overwhelmed by the size of these events.

Special Events & Secure Zones – Various combinations of mobile, fixed and relocateable units can be deployed to establish a wide area controlled zone for a designated area to track and monitor vehicles entering and leaving the zone.

Emergency Management - In the event of a mandatory evacuation order or other large-scale emergency, it is critical to establish control and collect data of authorized and unauthorized movement within a specified zone.
